CUSTOMER CARE

All Orders:

When an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Orders are then processed and prepped for shipment. Once an order has shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email that includes a tracking number.

 

Shipping:

Items are shipped USPS First Class unless upgraded by customer at checkout. Please note that First Class shipping is not insured if lost or stolen. Consider upgrading to Priority Mail if you would like $50 insurance or to receive your package sooner. Both First Class and Priority Mail include tracking.

 

Returns:

Please contact us within 10 days of receiving your item to initiate a return. We are happy to refund any item in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, original tags attached).

Please note that return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Once the item has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund less the shipping costs. All refunds are issued in the same form as payment.

Items purchased on sale are considered a final sale and are not eligible for a return.

 

Exchanges:

Please contact us within 10 days of receiving your item to initiate an exchange. We are happy to exchange any item in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, original tags attached) for another item of equal value.

Please note that return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Once the item has been received and inspected, we will ship out the replacement. We are happy to cover the outgoing shipping costs.

Damaged Goods or Incorrect Orders:

Mistakes happen, and we apologize for any inconvenience. Please allow us to fix it.
