What do I do if something is wrong with my order?

How do I take care of my items?

We recommend all items be washed prior to wearing. Please follow the care instructions found on the inside care label of each item and see our Inks and Printing page for more information on water based inks and our printing process.

Do you have Promotions?

Yes, we do!  We run promotions via our newsletter and our social media sites. Please signup for our newsletter at the bottom of any page and follow us on Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and Twitter so you never miss an update.

What is your design process?

We put a lot of care and effort into our items, from handpicking our shirts to drawing all of our designs in house. We go through a few rounds of picture and color selection in order to find the perfect combinations to enhance the designs. Finally, all of our shirts are screen printed locally here in Austin, Texas.

What kind of ink do you use?

We use water based inks on all of our items unless otherwise noted. Please see our Inks and Printing page for more information.

Do your items fit true to size?

We have extensively tested our shirts in order to bring you an exceptional product. That being said, each style of shirt runs slightly different from the next, so please refer to the size chart attached to each item. Any additional information including estimated shrinkage will be included in the item description. We recommend ordering a size up when in doubt.

Can I order by phone?

Do you accept international orders and ship outside the USA?  

Yes, we do.  Please contact us if you have any questions.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed the same day they are received and typically ship within 2 - 5 business days. Once your order has shipped, using your tracking number, you can see your order status.

Orders are processed the same day they are received so please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request. 

How do I apply a promo code?
